Most of our project work is based on proposals with financial details clearly shown. After we come out and scope your needs, we will provide you with a detailed proposal. Any exclusions will be specifically noted and any ongoing monthly or usage based charges will be separated out for clarity.
Our initial visit to investigate your needs and scope the work to be done will be free of charge.
Onsite – Business Hours
During normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm excl NSW public holidays) our rates are $110 inc gst per hour. There is a minimum of 1 hour and the total will be billed in 15 min increments.
Remote – Business Hours
During normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm excl NSW public holidays) our remote support rates are $88 inc gst per hour. There is a minimum of $55 inc gst for less than 30 mins and the total will be billed in 15 min increments.
After Hours – Pre-Scheduled
Pre-arranged after hours work will be negotiated per request. Depending on the circumstances, it may be charged at normal business hours rates with a minimum of 2 hours. However very late night shutdown work may attract a different rate.
After Hours – Call-out
Emergency call out work after hours will be charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate. This includes remote support work after hours.

Travel outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area may attract an excess travel charge of $55/hour inc gst.
However we will discuss your needs and non-urgent work may be scheduled to coincide with other customers allowing us to negate the need for excess travel for all customers.
